Announcing 4.50% rate for Minnesota Mortgage Program
In order to encourage production under Minnesota Mortgage Program (MMP), the statewide first-time homebuyer program, Minnesota Housing lowered the program interest rates at 3:00 p.m. today to 4.50% for government loans and 4.75% for conventional loans. Rates under the Community Activity Set Aside (CASA) program have not been decreased due to the levels of entry cost assistance available under the program.
